Documentation:
For international travel, compliance with applicable regulations is required. It is the agency’s responsibility to adequately and timely inform about the requirements of immigration, customs, and health authorities for the destinations included in the tour. It is the sole responsibility of passengers to have a valid passport or travel document according to their nationality, as per Peru’s legal requirements.
Cancellations and Changes:
Andes Perú By AMANTRA reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed, but will not cancel a trip less than 30 days before departure. Your trip is guaranteed to operate unless the minimum number of participants is not met or due to factors beyond our control: weather conditions, social issues, etc.
Andes Perú By AMANTRA reserves the right to modify any facilities, services, itineraries, or prices described. If such a change is made, the client will be informed at the time of booking or when the change occurs. While the company strives to operate all offered tours, reasonable itinerary changes may be made when deemed necessary or advisable by the company due to external factors beyond its control.
Refunds and Complaints:
No refunds will be issued for services voluntarily unused by the client.
If the client has a complaint about any tour arrangements, it is a contract condition to inform our local representative at that time. Failure to complain at the time denies us the opportunity to investigate and rectify the issue, and we will not accept any responsibility thereafter.
Travel Insurance:
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all visitors (clients) booking our tourist packages. It should cover personal injuries, medical expenses, repatriation costs, evacuation expenses, cancellations, and more. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you will be required to sign a waiver form, relieving the company of responsibility for any expenses incurred due to the lack of travel insurance. The client will be responsible for all additional costs, such as medical or repatriation expenses.
Client Responsibilities:
The client agrees to accept the authority and decisions of Andes Perú By AMANTRA during their vacation. If, in the opinion of our staff, a client’s health or conduct at any time, before or after departure, appears to endanger the safety, comfort, or tranquility of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour to safeguard their well-being.
NOTE: Clients must always carry the identification documents used for the booking and are responsible for having a valid passport, visa if applicable, and required vaccination certificates for the entire trip. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the return date.
Our Responsibility:
Bookings are accepted with the understanding that clients appreciate the potential risks inherent in adventure travel and undertake the visits, excursions, or expeditions listed in our programs at their own discretion.
The company is committed to providing its services with the necessary diligence to ensure the trip runs perfectly, making every effort to serve clients in the best possible way.
The company assumes no responsibility for force majeure, weather phenomena, natural events, or social issues that may occur before or during the trip, or for any circumstances that may make the trip uncomfortable or difficult, or for any delays or obstructions to the trip in any way. The company does not guarantee failure, whether total or partial, in providing the services it has committed to due to the aforementioned factors.
Flight Delays/Cancellations:
Andes Perú By AMANTRA accepts no responsibility for cancellations or delays in any flights if the cancellation or delay is due to adverse weather conditions, airline rescheduling, airport authority actions, air traffic control actions, mechanical failures, or industrial actions.
Our company will strive to resolve your travel itinerary and address any inconvenience caused by flight delays.
Clients must understand and be flexible if a service cannot be performed due to flight delays.
Children’s Policy:
In all programs, unless otherwise stated, the maximum age for a child is 11 years and 11 months. Those over 12 years are considered students, and from 18 years, they are considered adults and subject to adult rates.
LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS:
All bookings made within 10 days of departure will be confirmed subject to availability.
I hereby declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions stated above, as well as the sales conditions as indicated by the company on the website/brochure or provided form, and I am fully aware that my signature confirms this declaration.
